Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to cleaningtime.us, quote requests, appointments, and cleaning services provided by Cleaning Time CLT, operated by CleanTime CLT LLC (“Cleaning Time,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, requesting a quote, or approving an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Cleaning Time provides mobile upholstery, carpet, rug, mattress, and related cleaning services in the Charlotte, North Carolina region. Services are performed at the customer’s location. Available services, service areas, methods, and appointment times may change.
Quotes and Pricing
Online, phone, text, and photo-based quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection if the size, material, construction, condition, access, travel distance, pet hair, odor, staining, or requested work differs from what was described. We will explain a material price change before beginning the affected work.
The current minimum service charge is $110 per visit. Prices shown as “from” are starting prices, not guaranteed final prices. Add-on services and unusually heavy conditions may cost more.
Scheduling and Access
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address, a safe work area, reasonable parking and access, working electricity, and an accessible water supply. An adult authorized to approve the work and price should be present or reachable. Please remove fragile items, valuables, clutter, and small objects from the work area before arrival.
We do not normally disassemble furniture, carry couches outside, or move heavy furniture. Please tell us in advance about stairs, elevators, parking restrictions, gated access, unusually large items, or other conditions that may affect the appointment.
Material and Condition Disclosure
Please disclose known fabric-care labels, delicate or specialty fibers, prior cleaning attempts, repairs, loose seams, unstable dyes, pre-existing damage, pet contamination, strong odors, water damage, mold concerns, or other unusual conditions. We may decline or modify a service when we believe cleaning could be unsafe or cause unreasonable risk.
Results and Drying
Cleaning improves many stains, odors, residues, and appearance issues, but not every condition can be fully removed. Results depend on material, age, construction, prior damage, stain chemistry, previous treatments, and how long a condition has been present. Permanent discoloration, wear, fading, dye transfer, fiber damage, burns, tears, and some odors may remain.
Drying times are estimates. Temperature, humidity, airflow, material thickness, and the amount of moisture retained can change the actual time. Customers should follow ventilation and use instructions and avoid using damp items until they are sufficiently dry.
Customer Approval and Payment
We will review the planned work and price before starting when practical. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the service is completed. Available payment methods may be confirmed before or at the appointment.
Cancellations, Delays, and Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, earlier jobs, access issues, equipment problems, or unsafe conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate meaningful delays. We may reschedule or decline work when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, required utilities are not working, or the requested service is outside our capabilities.
Concerns After Service
Please contact us promptly if something does not look right after the item has had reasonable time to dry. Include photos and a description of the concern. We may request an opportunity to inspect the area and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable touch-up. A touch-up is not a promise that every stain, odor, or pre-existing condition can be removed.
Communications
By submitting a quote or appointment request, you authorize us to contact you about that request by phone, text message, or email. This does not authorize unrelated automated marketing. Message and data rates charged by your carrier may apply. You may ask us to stop non-essential promotional messages at any time.
Photos and Submitted Content
You confirm that you have permission to send any photos, addresses, descriptions, or other content submitted to us. We may use submitted content to prepare a quote, plan or document the service, maintain records, and address customer-service concerns. Public marketing use requires separate permission when a customer or location is identifiable.
Website Information
We try to keep website information accurate, but pricing, availability, service areas, promotions, and descriptions may change. The website is provided for general information and quote requests. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, or use the forms for spam or unlawful activity.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, website, or business practices change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively after publication.
